Child Believer Baptism

At newhope church, we are excited to baptize children who have made the decision to trust Jesus Christ as their personal Savior.  The first step in the baptism process is for parents and kids to attend a Jump Start class together.  This class is designed to talk about what it means to accept Christ, and what baptism means in a fun and engaging format.  Jump Start will be offered this Spring.  To sign up for the class email the hopetown campus director for the campus you attend;  Central Campus hopetown director Tokishia Ragland at tokishia@newhopenc.org, or Garner Campus hopetown director Maggie Burns at maggie@newhopenc.org. 

Parents and kids must attend ONE Jump Start class prior to their baptism. Classes below:

Central Campus:
Sunday, May 13th - 3rd service - XP2 room (uptown)

Garner Campus:
Sunday, May 13th – 2nd service in Next Steps Room
 

Infant & Young Child Dedications

If you have an infant or young child you would like to be dedicated, this is a special part of our baptism celebrations as parents commit to raise your child(ren) in the ways of Christ, and partner with the newhope community of faith to bring that child to the decision to trust Christ as their personal Savior.  

Parents must attend ONE Baby Dedication Parent Orientation prior to the dedication. Classes below:

Central Campus:
Sunday, May 13th – 2nd service – XP2 room (uptown)

Garner Campus:
Sunday, May 13th – 2nd service in Next Steps Room
