So, because you are lukewarm - I will spit you out of my mouth!" Learn what it means to be hot, cold or lukewarm and then take your temperature!  The Blessed Life begins when we realize that our first purpose in life is to worship God and offer everything to Him by loving Him with all our heart, mind and strength.

    Need, Greed & Seed.   A powerful sermon that clarifies the purpose of tithing.  It explains that we each have 3 choices -  we can be wrapped up in our needs, or in our greed, or we can see our money as seed.  If we see our money as seed, we will live with the security that  God will reward us.  We will reap what we sow.  Likewise, if we succumb to our need and greed, we are dead men/women walking because just as God will reward us, He will also hold us accountable for our choices.

    When we give money, whether it's to a person in need, an organization or a local church, we become part of another story, something bigger than ourselves that connects our hearts to God's in a way that moves us beyond something that just benefits us.  There's a connection between our hearts and our wallet.  Giving becomes something we do to understand the character of God.
